On February 16 "School of Law" was held at SSEU, it was implemented by the Samara regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the Student Scientific Society of SSEU.

Chairman of the Executive Committee A.V. Kokin and committee member V.A. Yablokov moderated the meeting of future lawyers with Alina Becker, managing partner of "Becker and Partners".

During the master class Alina Becker told the students what key competences a graduate should  have to be in demand in the labor market. It should be noted that Alina graduated from the St. Petersburg State Economic University and went the professional way from the secretary of the court session to the owner of the legal business.

Students did not hesitate to ask questions to the invited guest, including about the basic rules of the legal services market.  During the discussions professional and personal qualities, material and ethical aspects of the work of a lawyer were . The ethics of attorney-client relations were discussed in detail. The participants also discussed the impact of lawyer's dishonest behavior on their reputation and their ability to earn money.

A certain issues were devoted to the activities of lawyers in a multitasking environment, ability to work in a team, critical attitude to themselves and their abilities, awareness of their strengths and the ability to use them.

The sharpest questions were asked by the moderators of the meeting,  Alina Becker calmly and confidently conveyed her professional position to the audience.

SRO UBA continued legal educational project aimed at guiding future lawyers of the Samara region, launched on February 1, 2021.

The moderators of the event, marked that the plans for 2021 is to organize an introduction to the representatives of different areas of legal knowledge and offered to prepare in advance for the meeting and a lively dialogue with each of them.
