The Higher International Business School SSEA (HIBS) has been a member of the Russian Education Association since 1991. HIBS carries out advanced training for higher and middle managers.  

HIBS organizes 1 - 3 months long free of charge individual overseas internships for its students in Europe and America.

The school closely collaborates with the following international programs:

• Business for Russia - USA
• Improvement of Management Efficiency - EU TACIS
• Program on Training Managers and Executives for the Enterprises of National Economy of Russian Federation
• Overseas Internships in German Academy of Management, Lower Saxony

HIBS trained more than 100 managers of small businesses in the Samara Region, who took part in "Business for Russia" project, and was thanked by our American partners for our active participation in the project (Marlene Ginsberg, Program Director, "Legacy International").

Under the contract with EU TACIS, HIBS prepared more than a hundred directors of large manufacturing companies in the Samara Region for participation in the "Improvement of Management Efficiency" program, and they also took part in a 3-months long internship financed by the European Union later on.
