Lilia Agaeva

PhD in Economics, Associate Professor at the Chair for Regional Economy and Management of the Institute for National Economy, Lecturer of Regional Investment Attractivity, Project Management by State and municipal management, the author of 40 books and scientific papers, responsible for implementing 3 research grants supported by Russian Foundation of Basic Research. Dominique Foray

Holds the Chair of Economics & Management of Innovation at the EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) in the Collège du Management de la Technologie. Foray's research interests include the economics of science and technology, the economics of production and distribution of knowledge, the exploration of the tension between diversity and standardization in the past and in the present, and the analysis of path-dependent processes of economic change.
